45 units of blood were collected at the Blood Drive Monday.  Thanks to all who helped and who donated blood.  The next Blood Drive will be Sept. 13.

The WMS project for July is school kits for MCC.

Prayers and sympathy go to Carol Eichorn and family on the death of Galen on July 12.  Visitation will be this evening from 5-7:00 PM and the funeral service will be Monday at 11:00 AM with burial at 10:00 AM.  All is at Locust Grove.  Galen will be missed by many but is no longer in pain and is rejoicing with God.

Please remember Bill & Louanne Younts and family in the death of Bill’s mother Doris.  Visitation is Monday from 5-7:00 PM and the funeral is Tuesday at 11:00 AM.  Everything will be at the Hohner Funeral Home in Three Rivers.  May God give the family peace and comfort.

The Worship Commission is planning to have Locust Grove worship service at Amigo Pavilion on Aug. 1. There will be no Sunday school that morning and a fellowship meal after the service. Garry & Ruth Denlinger will be with us that morning and will give us an update on their work in Israel.  After the meal, Garry & Ruth will have time to share further regarding their work. We would encourage you to plan to stay and visit with them.

The Elder lot service will be August 23.

If you have musical abilities that you would be willing to share with the congregation, please notify Pastor Matt, Kim Schwartz, Katrina Hasbrouck or Gerri Schwartz.

Youth for Christ is in need of items for their online benefit auction.  They are wanting high quality items with a minimum value of $25.  Call 269-651-1669 for more information.
