We are invited to the 4th Annual Pleasant Hill Women's Conference
Saturday, March 11, 2006, 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Registration forms are in your mail box. There are 7 different workshops to attend. The keynote speaker is Rhonda Walmer and lunch will be provided by Fine & Fancy Catering. Let Faith Carpenter know if you are interested and we can car pool.
Results of the vote taken last Sunday – Both Bill Lederman and Ben Younts were approved for the lot selection process by well over 75%.
A congregational meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 8 at 6:30 PM. Three items on the agenda are: going over the survey results, a vote on the Sunday morning service schedule, and a vote on changes in staffing. Please carefully review the tan pamphlet that was in your mailboxes two weeks ago to prepare for the staffing vote. Extra copies are on the library counter.
All ladies are invited to a bridal shower for Angela Bogen on Tuesday, March 7 at 6:45 PM in the fellowship hall.
A big THANK YOU goes to Paul Eichorn for making and installing a hand railing on the outside at the east entrance. We appreciate your thoughtfulness, Paul!
The Mission Commission invites you to share the Israeli Experience on Sunday, March 5th with a Mediterranean Meal. Donations for the meal will be used to support our Mission Ministry team that is traveling to Israel in May.
The WMSC project for March is bar soap for MCC. You can still bring in blankets and items for the Pregnancy Helpline through the end of February.
