Since
there are no Sunday services right now, persons are encouraged to mail their
offerings to the church, Pastor Bill at 26859 Banker St. Rd., Sturgis 49091 or
Beth Miller at 19512 Wittenberg Rd., Constantine 49042. Thank you very much to those who are doing this!
Prayers and sympathy
to the family of Dean Brubaker who passed away on May 14. His memorial service was on May 23 at Clinton
Frame Mennonite Church in Goshen with burial at the Locust Grove Cemetery. Dean had been the pastor at Locust Grove from
1966-1985.

Amigo Centre
wishes to thank everyone who has given so generously. We have felt your support whether through
financial means or through prayer. We
are hopeful about the future and continue to work towards helping people
connect to God, nature and each other.

- The 23rd Annual Amigo Centre Golf Scramble, previously scheduled
for June 6th has been postponed to a date in the Fall. It will most likely
be held on a Friday afternoon in September.
- Since we aren't hosting overnight camp at Amigo Centre this
summer, we have been working on camp-in-a-box. This is a box filled with
goodies, a t-shirt, craft ideas and supplies, daily devotionals and fun
activity ideas you could do at home. Be on the lookout for ordering
opportunity in the coming weeks.
- Amigo Centre is also exploring ways that single households may be
able to come and stay in our facilities. This includes designating
"suites" within the retreat center to maintain social distancing
and allow people to safely be at Amigo Centre. (dependent on rules
outlined by the state & local health department)
- We
are hopeful that Amigo Park will be able to open in some capacity this
summer. (dependent on rules outline by the state & local health
