ANNOUNCEMENTS
Today in your mailboxes you will find the proposed church budget for the 2016-17 year.  The vote of affirmation will be on Aug. 21.  Please talk to Clint Gautsche if you have any questions.
Last week you received two ballots for affirmation on August 14.  One was to affirm the four persons selected by the congregation to participate in the lot for Elder.  The other was to affirm persons nominated to fill vacant or expiring church offices.  Please read these over carefully and be in prayer about this process.
The annual outdoor worship service at the Amigo pavilion will be the morning of August 21.  Bring a dish or two to share at the fellowship lunch.
The WMSC project for August is school kits for MCC.

You are invited to a Benefit Concert for Landry Troyer, Teresa Cripe’s grandson) on Friday, Aug. 12 at 7:00 PM at Great Lakes Chocolate & Coffee Company in Sturgis.  Funds raised will be used to pay for therapies needed to treat Landry’s Neuro-immune Dysfunction Syndrome.
You are invited to an Open House to help Craig & Karen (Miller) Keefer celebrate their marriage.  The date is Aug. 13 from 2-7:00 PM and the place is their home at 11985 Oneida Rd., Grand Ledge, MI.
