Don’t forget to turn your clocks back one hour on Saturday night, Nov. 1.
JYF – Oct. 27 to Corn Maze in Edwardsburg. Meet at Beeker’s at 5:30 and plan to be picked up at 8:30. Please eat supper before you come. We will have cider, donuts and hot chocolate. BRING YOUR FRIENDS!! Cost $8 and $3 if you want to do the hayride.
The Elder selection process is beginning. Today you will find a list in your mailbox of all possible nominees. On Nov. 9 you will be asked to make your nominations. Please be in prayer about this process.
Ramona King, Beth Miller and Phil Yoder will be sharing next Sunday morning about their recent mission trip to Moldova.
Sympathy goes to Joe & Karis Eicher and family in the death of Joe’s father, Jake. Times and dates for the viewing and visitation will be announced.

On Sunday Nov.2 please come to our "Sweet as Honey" bean soup and corn bread fundraiser lunch. Donations may be made to support our Marriage Retreat "Sweet as Honey" Feb 27, 28 & Mar. 1, 2009 with Gerald & Lorraine Sims at the Essen Haus Conference Center. We will also have packages of whole hog sausage for your donation and designations to Marriage Mentoring.
The WMSC project for November is clothing, blankets and food for the Peace Mennonite Church in Detroit. They will use these items for their ministry to the homeless and elderly.
Remember to bring your staple food supplies next Sunday for the Sturgis Food Pantry.
