Regarding the two ballots for the congregational meeting last Wednesday evening – Those voting supported by 84% to continue with the Sunday morning service schedule we now have. The vote on the staffing proposal was postponed until the Elders can bring a full job description for both staff positions.
Thank you to Donna Gautsche, Shelly Kindig and Donna Sommers for taking care of the children during the congregational meeting!
Women's Fellowship meets March 21 at 7:00 P.M. at the Great Lakes Chocolate Company, 100 West Chicago Road, Sturgis, Michigan. Come for an informal evening of drinking coffee, tea and eating some chocolate.
The WMSC March project is bar soap for MCC. Hostess for the meeting this Thursday is Mary Miller. Irma Eash will have devotions.
A sign up list will be on the library counter from today until Mar. 26 for the Ladies and Girls Tea to be held on April 29th @ 2:00 pm here at the church. The speaker will be Willa K. Sprunger, a wife, mother,
grandmother, and author from Berne, IN. She has written the book Five Pieces of Pizza and a Can of Grape Soda along with Nancy Lindsey. She uses humor as she relates her experiences in life and talks about serving God. We should have a wonderful time sipping tea!
