The June WMSC project is dark hand and bath towels for MCC. Donna Gautsche will be hostess for the June 17 meeting and Bertha Bontrager will have devotions.
“Two lives, two hearts joined together in friendship – united forever in love.” Danielle Curey and Glendon Miller invite you to join them for their marriage ceremony on Saturday, June 26 at 3:00 PM here at Locust Grove.
If you are interested in walking with others for fun or fitness, the Locust Grove Walking Club will have an informational meeting Sunday, June 20 after church in the fellowship hall. If you can’t make it or have questions, please contact Carrie Martin.
Angie, Brad, Cody and Drew Litwiller welcomed little Evan Parker into their family on June 3. He weighed 7 lb. 1 oz. and was 21 in. long. Glenn & Beth Miller and the rest of the Miller/Litwiller family are all very thankful for a safe delivery and a healthy baby. Please continue to remember mom and baby in your prayers. God is gracious!
Amigo Centre still needs to fill a few summer staff positions – male head counselor, one lifeguard, and a camp nurse. The camp nurse position could be on a by-week basis. Call 651-2811 for details.
“Know Jesus” conference for junior high kids is Aug. 6-8. If any junior higher is interested in going, please let Eva Beeker know within the next few weeks.
