We will have a short Ash Wednesday service on March 1 from 6:15-6:30PM.
Craft Club will meet at Phyllis Hughes home on Thursday, March 2. All ladies are welcome to come. This is an evening of fellowship while you spend time working on your knitting, crocheting, cross stitch, etc. If you have any questions, contact Donna Schrock.
The Mission Commission invites you to share the Israeli Experience on Sunday, March 5th with a Mediterranean Meal. Donations for the meal will be used to support our Mission Ministry team that is traveling to Israel in May.
Mennonite Disaster Service (MDS) opportunity: Several Louisiana units will open April 1st to work in the hurricane areas. Contact Sam Miller at memsmmiller@voyager.net if you would like to go.
All ladies are invited to a bridal shower for Angela Bogen on Tuesday, March 7 at 6:45 PM in the fellowship hall.
A congregational meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 8 at 6:30 PM. Three items on the agenda are: going over the survey results, a vote on the Sunday morning service schedule, and a vote on changes in staffing. Please carefully review the tan pamphlet that was in your mailboxes two weeks ago to prepare for the staffing vote. Extra copies are on the library counter.
The WMSC project for March is bar soap for MCC. You can still bring in blankets and items for the Pregnancy Helpline through the end of February.
Women's Fellowship meets March 21 at 7:00 P.M. at the Great Lakes Chocolate Company, 100 West Chicago Road, Sturgis, Michigan. Come for an informal evening of drinking coffee, tea and eating some chocolate.
Amigo Centre has an opening for a full-time cook position starting in April. If interested, please call Kent Miller at 269-651-2811.
Remember to bring your staple food supplies next Sunday for the Locust Grove Food Pantry.
