Wednesday Connection - Classes begin Oct. 12. Ross Weber will lead a Bible study (Teachings of Jesus). Cathy Fellers will do a Beth Moore study of Esther. Audra Franz will have children grades 1-5. Bill Beck will do Jr. High and TJ & Marty Diller will have MYF.

The next WMSC meeting is Oct. 20. Nickie Younts will have devotions and Donna Gautsche is in charge of the kitchen. The project for October is paper products and non-perishable food items for the Salvation Army.

October is Pastor Appreciation Month. We are planning to celebrate on Oct. 23 and will have a carry-in meal in honor of our pastor and his family.
Amigo Centre will be holding their annual Woodcutting Day on Saturday, Oct. 29. Activities will begin at 8:00 AM with brunch served at 10:00 AM. Workers with chainsaws and splitters are needed as well as persons who are willing to stack wood. For more information, call Ross Weber at 651-2811.
Join in the fun of Scrapbooking and/or Quilting at Amigo on Dec. 2-4. Register by calling 651-2811.

Preliminary gross revenue before expenses for the Michiana Relief Sale is just over $369,000. The breakdown is as follows: Quilts - $98,370; Antique Auctions - $13,539; Food sales - $150,249; Penny Power - $18,000 (plus 3 business who matched with another $18,000); Crafts/10,000 Villages/plants /fabric/garage sale/etc. - $78,826; Men’s Chorus - $2,322; Pre-sale Banquet - $7,700.
