Don’t forget to sign up for the Reading Contest in the library.  Books from our church library are the only ones to qualify.  Relax with a good book this summer.  There’s material for all ages and prizes will be awarded.

The WMS project for June is items for Rooted, a faith-based organization based in Centreville.  They provide basic needs for children being transitioned into Foster Care (86 so far this year).  Rooted also helps families that have experienced fires.  A list of needs is in your mailbox.  WMS is concentrating mainly on collecting toiletry and hygiene items, but all items are welcome.  Thank you for your help! – WMS ladies

Join the church softball team for a tailgate carry-in Tuesday, June 20 at 6:30pm at Trojan Timbers Park. Then, stay for a "Throwback Night" softball game in memory of Kurt Franz at 8pm on Spence Field Diamond #1. Bring a dish to pass with a serving utensil and a lawn chair. You'll need to park on the north side of the Doyle Center for the carry-in due to construction. 

Locust Grove softball shirts can be ordered by anyone interested in having their own. Cost will be $15 upon delivery. Call or text Audra Franz (269-221-2432) if interested.
