Our group subscription to The Mennonite is renewing. If you are interested in joining or to continue your subscription, please contact the church office by April 4. Cost is $37. Sample copies of the magazine are on the table in the library.
A Maundy Thursday Service is planned for Apr. 1. The menu is chicken noodle soup, bread, cheese and fruit. An Easter morning haystack breakfast is planned for Apr. 4. Please sign up if you wish to attend either/both of these events. There is also a sign up sheet to bring food for both events along with some other items needed to restock the kitchen.

Wednesday, Mar. 24 will be the last Wednesday Connection for this season. There will be a baked potato bar along with a dessert.
Locust Grove has offered to supply 10 gal. of orange juice for the Palm Saturday project on Apr. 17. If you would like to help with the cost, you can donate in the offering. Please mark your designations clearly.
Each year the Mennonite Colleges offer students a grant that matches home congregation contributions dollar for dollar up to $1,000 per year ($500/ semester). Locust Grove has a line item in the budget that goes to that fund and also has a special offering for that purpose. This year we will be taking that offering Sunday, Mar. 28. High school seniors and current college students – If you are planning to attend one of the Mennonite colleges and would like to take part in this program, please notify Gerri Schwartz by April 4.
You can now register on-line for summer camps at Amigo Centre. If you register at www.AmigoCentre.org before Apr. 15, with at least a $50 deposit, you can save $45 off the total cost! Call 651-2811 if you have questions.
