Welcome to Locust Grove! We’re glad to have you join us for our time of worship together. We would love to have you join us for Sunday school following the worship time. Today is the last Sunday to turn in your forms for Guess Who’s Coming to Supper which will take place Nov. 6. Sheila will call you by Tuesday with your information. If you turned in a form and do not hear from her, please call her at 659-4808. Thank you.
Praise Team practice will be Sunday, Nov. 6 from 4-6:00 PM.
Dean Brubaker will be speaking here the morning of Nov. 6. His theme will be “God Is at Work – We Can Trust Him”. Scripture passages will be Jer. 29:10-13 and Romans 8:35-39.

ANNOUNCEMENTS, cont.
This Friday night is Scrapbook/Craft Night at Locust Grove starting at 6:00 PM. Bring a snack to share and your own drink and enjoy the fellowship.
Explorers will be going to A-Mazing Acres (a corn maze in Edwardsburg) on Sunday, Nov. 6. Plan to meet in the parking lot of Save-A-Lot in Sturgis at 1:30 PM. You will be returning to that parking lot at 4:30 PM. Bring $2.00 and dress appropriately for fall weather.
The Women’s Fellowship bus trip will be Saturday, May 20. There is a sign up sheet on the library counter. Please sign up to go by Dec. 5. Give a $15 deposit to Fran Eichorn when you sign up. The total cost will be $80-$88. After Nov. 1 you may have your friends sign up.
The WMSC project for November is dark colored twin-size blankets for MCC. Diane Green will be hostess for the meeting on Nov. 17 and Mary Jane Eichorn will have devotions.
You are invited to the Youth for Christ Grill Out on Nov. 11 starting at 6:00 PM at the Campus Life Youth Center in Sturgis. Cost is $10 per person. Call 651-1669 for reservations. More information is on the west bulletin board.
Remember to bring your staple food supplies next Sunday for the Locust Grove Food Pantry.
