“Two lives, two hearts joined together in friendship – united forever in love.” Danielle Curey and Glendon Miller invite you to join them for their marriage ceremony on Saturday, June 26 at 3:00 PM here at Locust Grove.
If you are interested in walking with others for fun or fitness, the Locust Grove Walking Club will have an informational meeting today after church in the fellowship hall. If you can’t make it or have questions, please contact Carrie Martin.
Mennonite Mission Network has several staff openings. Two of these openings are for an art director and a co-director for the MVS program. Detailed information is posted on the west bulletin board.
MCC needs hosts for occasional MCC guests. Host families are typically asked to provide bed and breakfast. Some visitors also need transportation to and from the airport in South Bend. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet interesting people while providing a much-appreciated service. If you are interested in being a Host, please contact Sam Miller and he will see that your name is added to the present list of hosts.
An elderly lady in the Sturgis area is seeking assistance. She would like to find a Christian lady for live-in help for 3 weeks to a month. If you are interested, please call May Hovda at 651-9035 or her daughter, Karen Hilt, at 630-231-5236.

Sturgis Church League Softball – Tuesday, June 22 – 8:00 PM – Locust Grove vs. Sturgis Missionary
The sixth annual Goldenrod Benefit Auction & Haystack Supper will be Sept. 10 from 3-9:00 PM on the grounds of the Goldenrod Community east of Middlebury.
The Hacienda Restaurant in Goshen will donate 20% of what you spend to MDC Goldenrod on Monday, June 21. Just present a coupon (available in the church office) to your server and everything on your bill will be counted for the 20%. You pay nothing extra. Check out the posters on the bulletin boards.
A special congregational meeting is planned for July 11. It will start during the Sunday School hour, followed by a noon fellowship meal, and continue after the meal. Bring a dish or two to pass and your own table service for the meal.
