ANNOUNCEMENTS
Pastor Bill will be on sabbatical from July 1 to October 1.
The ladies Sunday School Class taught by Gerri Schwartz will be hosting a potato bar on July 21 after the morning service.  Please plan to stay and enjoy the fellowship.  You are asked to bring a salad or dessert and the rest of the meal will be furnished.  The class sends monthly support money to Pastor Alexander in Moldova.  If you would like to contribute to that, there will be a basket available for your contribution.  Checks should be made out to Locust Grove with “Pastor Alexander” in the memo line.
Food donations during July will go to the Salvation Army.
Church mowing – week of July 14 – Kim Schwartz.
The Women’s Sewing project for July is school kits for MCC.  For the monthly meeting on Thursday, Gerri Schwartz will be in charge of the kitchen and Nickie Younts will have devotions.
Results from the blood drive held here last Monday – 40 presenting donors with 38 total units collected.  There were 4 power reds and 6 deferrals.  The next blood drive is September 9.
