ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Locust Grove 75th Anniversary Celebration will be held the weekend of Sept.12 & 13.  Our theme is "Jesus Christ, Rock of our Foundation".  We are planning a dedication service on Saturday, Sept. 12 at 4:00 PM, followed by a meal at 5:00 PM and an evening program at 6:30 PM.  Pulled pork sandwiches, drinks, and ice cream with toppings will be provided.  Please bring finger foods to share.  There will be organized games and bouncy houses for the children.  On Sunday the 13th, William Hooley will be the speaker at our morning service.  We are planning a catered meal afterward.  We ask that you sign up in the fellowship hall so that we can plan accurately for both meals.  Please invite any past attenders who may enjoy the celebration with us.  Remember to sign them up as well.
For the 75th Anniversary Celebration meal on Sunday, Sept. 13, the women from Locust Grove are asked to provide pies.  Please see the sign up sheet on the counter in the fellowship hall if you are willing to supply pies.
