after the morning service. You will be
transported in the church van to Doug & Kim Schwartz ’s home for fall
festivities and returned to the church at 7:00 PM to be picked up
by your parents. Bring your

The October WMSC project is items/cash for the
Hospitality House in Kalamazoo . The next WMSC meeting is this Thursday. Gerri Schwartz
will be in charge of the kitchen and Chris Oswald will have devotions.
The Jail Ministry Banquet is scheduled for
October 20.

October is Pastor
Appreciation Month. We will be
celebrating with a fellowship meal on Sunday, Oct. 30 after the
morning service. The main dish will be
provided and you are asked to bring salads and desserts.

The next Red Cross blood drive is scheduled for
November 7.
There is a sign
up sheet in the fellowship hall for the 2017 Marriage Retreat which will take place
Feb. 10-12. Please sign up and have a
$100 deposit to Pam Keeslar by Oct. 30.
MCC is thankful
for the $5,112.47
that Locust Grove contributed to My Coins Count. A total of over $48,000 was raised to support
water projects in Africa .
