Pastor John, Jim & Faith Carpenter, and Chris Kahila will be attending the IN/MI Conference in Indianapolis July 8-10.
Everyone is welcome to the King yard on Tuesday, July 6 from 5-8:00 PM to join Jenny King in eating ice cream and birthday cake. She will be 30 years old.
Congratulations to Glendon & Danielle (Curey) Miller on their marriage on June 26 here at Locust Grove. Their new home is located at 69798 Krontz Road, Sturgis, MI 49091 and their phone number is 659-2050. May the Lord bless them and their home.
Little Eden Camp will have a 60 year celebration on Oct. 21-24 at the camp in Onekama, MI. Everyone is welcome to attend. More information is posted on the west bulletin board.
Sturgis Church League Softball – Tuesday, July 6 – 9:00 PM – Locust Grove vs. Fish Lake (single game)
A special congregational meeting is planned for July 11. It will start during the Sunday School hour, followed by a noon fellowship meal, and continue after the meal. Bring a dish or two to pass and your own table service for the meal.
The next WMSC meeting will be July 15. Martha Franz will be hostess and Mary Jane Eichorn will have devotions. The project is school kits.
