Locust Grove bulletin for May 10, 2020

May 10, 2020

Happy Mother’s Day!

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Today, May 10 – Curbside Communion, 9:00 AM – Noon – Pull off the road straight into the overhang on the west end of the building.  Remain in your car.  Communion elements will be brought to you.  This will be done in compliance with social distancing directives.
The next Red Cross blood drive is scheduled for May 11.  Red Cross is requesting that we still have this because of the need for blood donations.  So, as of now, it is still planned.
Since there are no Sunday services right now, persons are encouraged to mail their offerings to the church, Pastor Bill at 26859 Banker St. Rd., Sturgis 49091 or Beth Miller at 19512 Wittenberg Rd., Constantine 49042.  Thank you very much to those who have already done this!
Amigo Centre has made the difficult decision to cancel all overnight camps for the summer.  All day camps are cancelled through July 3.  The remaining day camps will be re-evaluated by June 5.  If you’re already registered for camp, you should have received an email stating your options for payments already made.
The retreat at Amigo Centre scheduled for Sept. 26-28 has the potential of being changed.  If you have registered for that retreat, please call Amigo at 651-2811 for more information.
