Results of the balloting last Sunday: Funds for building consultation and architectural drawings (90% approval); Mennonite VS unit for Amigo Centre (99% approval).
ANNOUNCEMENTS, cont.
In two weeks we’ll be voting on the approval of Bill Lederman as our church administrator. The elders have approved his selection and are bringing the vote to the congregation. We’ll be voting during the morning service on Sunday, Oct. 24. By next Sunday an information sheet on Bill will be distributed through the mailboxes.
The next WMSC meeting will be Oct. 21. Erma Eash will be hostess and Emily Franz will have devotions. The October project is Christmas boxes.
WMSC II will be on Oct. 21 from 6-9:00 PM.
Mark & Debi Schrock and family have moved into their new home. Their address now is 26370 M-86, Sturgis, MI 49091 and phone is 467-7444.
The Jail Ministry Banquet will be Thursday, Oct. 21 at 6:30 PM at Calvary Chapel north of Sturgis.
John, Sheila and Mandy Troyer will arrive at the South Bend airport at 5:37 pm Michigan time on Thursday, Oct. 14. You are welcome to meet them at the airport. They will have several friends and family that are planning on being there and you may join them if you would like.
Sunday, Oct. 17 at Noon – Marriage Retreat Fund Raiser Hog Roast – Bring friends and family to enjoy a delicious hog roast dinner. Donations from the meal will support our Marriage Retreat in February. Donations will also be accepted through designations in the offering marked “Marriage Retreat”.
Saturday, Oct. 23 – Home Improvement Fall “Family Fun Night” Harvest Party at 6:00 PM – Enjoy games, a hayride, and a bonfire. Dress-up is optional, with a prize for the best costume. Bring hot dogs, buns, and finger food to the Sam Miller farm.

- This week pray for Greg & Carolyn Gautsche and their daughter Kelsey (15). Their address is 376 Ember Rd., Coldwater, MI 49036. Check the west bulletin board for pictures and information on their interests and activities.

- Praise God for the graduation of seven Instituto Biblico Anabautista students on Oct. 16 in Omaha, NB, and five IBA students graduating on Oct. 31 in Brownsville, TX. Pray that these students will be instruments of blessing in their local churches and communities.
