ANNOUNCEMENTS

Food donations during March will go to the Salvation Army.

The Women’s Mission & Service project for March is bars of soap (not Ivory) for Mennonite Central Committee.

Locust Grove has a College Student Aid program that was established to take a supportive role in our members’ Christian education. If you will be attending a Christian College, University or Seminary for the 2025-26 year, please contact Gerri Schwartz.

Tonya Barrington has agreed to be the Church Directory Coordinator.  If you want to have your page updated or don’t have a page and would like to be included in the directory, please contact Tonya.

   We will be having a bridal shower for Abby Fellers on Sunday, April 13 at 2:30pm here at the church.  All ladies/girls are invited.  Abby & Brendan are registered on Amazon.  We hope to see you there.  If you have any questions, please see Katrina Hasbrouck, Eva Beeker or Jen Gautsche.

Women’s Fellowship – April 22, 6:00 PM – We will have a Worship Evening.  There will be a potato bar.  Potatoes will be provided and there will be a sign-up sheet for the toppings.  Please sign up online or at the Welcome Center by Easter Sunday.

The next Blood Drive is scheduled for May 5.

Auction Information - There is a cookie bake sign-up list at the Welcome Center for the “Loved First” Auction on April 12. There will be plastic containers for 1 dozen cookies each, available near the sign-up list. Cookies should be approximately 3 inches in diameter. They can be dropped off at Lake Area Christian School on Friday, April 11 by 7:00pm or at the church from 1-3:00pm. We are still in need of auction items and are willing to pick up. Someone will be available at Lake Area each Thursday evening from 6–7:00pm for drop off.  Drive around to the farthest walk-through door on the North side of the gym building.                                                                                 We are also collecting clean plastic grocery bags, which can be placed in a box in the mail room. If there are any questions about anything, please see Eva Beeker, Ramona King, Phiona Jorgensen, Bill & Janell Lederman or Marjana Tribble.
