All ladies are invited to a bridal shower for Alesia Bontrager on Saturday, July 31 at 2:00 pm.

On Sunday, Aug. 8 we will have our morning worship service at Amigo Centre.  There will be no Sunday School classes that morning.
In honor of the 50th Anniversary of Thurston Woods Village you are invited to an open house on Aug. 22 at 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.  The morning worship service begins at 10:30 AM and a rededication program is at 3:30 PM.  The invitation is posted on the west bulletin board.
On Aug. 28, the MYF Youth Core will be running a Nelson’s port-a-pit fundraiser where you can plan to have chicken for brunch, lunch and dinner if you’d like!  Pre-sale tickets will be offered starting today so tell your friends, neighbors, coworkers, and acquaintances that Aug. 28 will be chicken dinner sales to help the youth core at Locust Grove.”
The next WMSC meeting will be Aug. 12 – one week early.  The project will be wrapped bars of soap for MCC.  Bertha Bontrager will be the hostess and Donna Gautsche will have devotions.
The IN/MI Mennonite Women’s Fall Retreat will be Oct. 8-9 at Amigo Centre.  The theme is “Mennonite Women of Color”.  Speakers are Pat McFarlane and Linda Christophel.

Mennonite Mission Network is seeking an experienced webmaster for the Great Lakes office in Elkhart, IN.  More information, including a job description, is posted on the west bulletin board.
You are invited to join New Covenant Christian Fellowship in celebrating their 50-Year Anniversary on Aug. 15 at 2:30 PM.  See the west bulletin board for more details.
Remember to bring your staple food supplies next Sunday for the Locust Grove Food Pantry.  The first Sunday of every month is designated to bring food supplies.
