Craft Club will be Thursday, Oct. 1 at 7:00 pm at Phyllis Hughes’ home.
“Experience Sturgis” festival is Saturday, Oct. 3 on Pleasant Ave. in Sturgis. They will have a stage for different Worship Teams to sing starting at 12:30 PM. Locust Grove’s Praise Team will be singing. You are encouraged to attend.
MYF Kick-Off will be next Sunday, Oct. 4 from 5-7:30 PM here at the church. You will be playing “Capture the Flag” outside so dress appropriately. Supper will be provided.

Congratulations to Glendon & Danielle Miller on the birth of their third son. Reece Willis was born on Sept. 24. He was 6 lb. 14 oz., 20.5 in. long, and joins brothers EJ (almost 4) and Gavan (2). Proud grandparents are Glenn & Beth Miller and Bob & Karen Curey. Blessings to this little one and his family.
Women’s Fellowship is Oct. 6 at 7:00 PM in the fellowship hall. Bring a
wrapped white elephant bingo prize. Refreshments are by the Sunday school class taught by Gerri Schwartz.
Wednesday Connection will start October 14.
Annual Reports – Please turn in your annual reports for the 2008-09 year to the church office.
Remember to bring your staple food supplies next Sunday for the Sturgis
Food Pantry.
