Food donations during July will go to the Salvation Army.

Needed – drawings for our bulletin cover.  Please put them in the mailbox outside the church office.

The next blood drive is September 12.

Thank you to the following people for helping with the blood drive on Monday:  Martha Franz for cooking soup, Gerri Schwartz for providing rides for donors, Matt Franz for helping with tear down, and Bill & Janell Lederman, Cecelia Franz, Cathy Fellers and Bill Beck for helping with registration.

If you would like to receive the Purpose and/or Our Daily Bread, order slips are in the mailbox room.  Just fill one out, sign your name, and place it in Kay Large’s mailbox by July 17.  A donation of $10 is requested for Our Daily Bread.  You can either give your money to the church secretary or place it in the offering with it marked clearly for Our Daily Bread.

The WMS project for July is school kits for MCC.  For the meeting this Thursday, Chris Oswald is in charge of the kitchen and Gerri Schwartz will have devotions.

Below is an important timeline of dates for you to be aware of:

Today, July 17 - Voting during morning service.  If approved by 75% vote, the installation service for Matt Yoder as our lead pastor would take place on Sun, July 31.

There will not be Sunday school on July 31.  Jayson & Julie Casper will be sharing during the SS time that day.

Congratulations to Regan Barrington & Cody Rubley on the birth of their daughter, Xena Rose, on July 6.  She weighed 7 lb. 6 oz. and was 20 in. long.  Special congratulations go to first-time grandparents Matt & Tonya Barrington and first-time great grandma Martha Franz.  May God bless and protect little Xena and her family!

We will be having a baptismal service on Aug. 28 after our Camp Amigo service.  If you are interested in being baptized, please let Matthew Yoder know
