ANNOUNCEMENTS
We will be voting on the 2019-20 proposed church budget on September 15.  If you have any questions, talk to Brian (Teresa) Troyer.
Church mowing – week of Sept. 8 – Greg Blucker.
The Women’s Sewing project for September is food items for the Salvation Army.  There will not be a meeting here at the church this month.
On Friday, Sept. 20 after 43 ½ years, Dennis Bontrager is retiring from John Deere!  Stop in at GreenMark Equipment in Three Rivers and wish him well!  Congratulations Dennis!
Women’s Fellowship, Sept. 26, 9:00 AM to Noon – They will be baking cookies here at the church for the Relief Sale.  There is a list of needed ingredients on the console by the library.  Please have your items here by Sept. 25.
Women’s Fellowship is planning a shopping trip to Frankenmuth on Saturday, Oct. 26.  You will be leaving the church at 7:00 AM and return by 10:00 PM.  If you would like to be a part of this fun day, please sign up on the sheet on the console.
ANNOUNCEMENTS, continued
The youth will be doing another Man Hunt at the County Fair on Sunday, Sept. 15.  They are looking for volunteers to “hide” and be found by the youth.  If you are interested, please sign up on the sheet on the counter by the library.  See Marcy, Doug, Adam or Cathy if you have questions.
Marion Bontrager will be speaking on Sept. 13 & 14 at Marion Christian Fellowship.  His topic is “God’s Salvation Story, Making Sense of the Bible”.  More information is posted on the bulletin board.
Food donations during September will go to the Salvation Army.
Amigo Centre scrapbooking, crafting and sewing retreats are scheduled for Sept. 23-30 and Dec. 3-11.  Call 651-2811 for more information and to register. 
Amigo Centre Retreat for Women & Girls will be Oct. 11-13.  The theme is “She is a Tree of Life” and the guest speaker is Sabrina Falls.  Call Amigo to register.
Pastor Bill is on sabbatical until October 1.
Office hours this week will vary.  Please call before coming to the church to make sure the doors are open. 
The black rolling office chair that was missing from the library has been returned.  Thanks!
Congratulations to Marv & Gerri Schwartz on the birth of another grandchild!  Benjamin J. Arthur Shue was born to Laura & Jeremy Shue on Sept. 4.  May God richly bless baby Ben and his family!
