ANNOUNCEMENTS
Wednesday Connection will begin on Oct. 21.  Soup & Sandwich will be at 5:30 PM followed by classes at 6:30 PM.  More information will follow.
You are invited to help with the MCC Comforter Bash at Pleasant View Mennonite Church, Goshen, IN on Oct. 23 & 24.  These finished comforters will be distributed around the world by MCC.  More information is on the bulletin board.
October is Pastor Appreciation Month.  We will be celebrating on October 25 with a fellowship meal and card shower for Pastor Bill & Sherry.  Bring a dish or two to share at the meal.  There will be a basket for your cards.
During the month of October, the Missions Commission is conducting a “paper drive” for the Haven of Rest Mission in Battle Creek.  Please bring paper towels, copy paper and toilet paper and place them in the box by the library.

Time Change – Turn clocks back one hour on November 1.
The next Red Cross Blood Drive is November 2.
Women’s Fellowship will be meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 6:30 PM at the church to play Dirty Bingo.  Please bring finger food and a Bingo gift for the winners.  Maybe you will win the best gift!  All ages are invited!

WMSC ladies will be meeting Thursday.  Betty Yoder is in charge of the kitchen and Chris Oswald will have devotions.  The project is twin size blankets for MCC.

St. Joe County Right to Life Annual Dinner is scheduled for Oct. 19 at 6:15 PM at the Sturges Young Auditorium.  Lisa Gigliotti is the guest speaker.  Cost for the evening is $23 per person or $180 per table of 8 persons.  Call 269-467-8114 to reserve your place.

Following Cliff Brubaker’s resignation, Amigo Centre announces its search for a new Executive Director.  The target for having a new director in place is Jan. 1, 2016.  The position is full time, with benefits.  More information is available at Amigo’s website: www.amigocentre.org
