ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Kitchen Committee asks you to please take care of your food in the kitchen.  There are several items that will be disposed of on Oct. 20 if they are not labeled or removed.  This includes gallons of ice cream, tortilla shells and salsa, condiments, frozen veggies, canned goods, etc.  Please label for its use anything you plan to store in the kitchen for later use.  See Audra Franz if you have questions.
WMSC monthly meeting is Thursday, Oct. 17.  Chris Oswald is in charge of the kitchen and Gerri Schwartz will have devotions.  The project is twin flat sheets for MCC.
The Jail Ministry Banquet will be Thursday, Oct. 17 at 6:30 PM at Calvary Chapel north of Sturgis.  RSVP today at 269-718-5066.
We will be celebrating Pastor Appreciation on Oct. 20 with a noon fellowship meal.  Please bring Pastor Bill’s favorite dish to share or your favorite dish or 2.  We will not have an open mic after the meal but will have a basket for cards if you want to give him a personal message of thanks.

Annual Reports for the 2018-19 church year are due.
Women’s Fellowship is planning a shopping trip to Frankenmuth on Saturday, Oct. 26.  You will be leaving the church at 7:00 AM and return by 10:00 PM.  If you would like to be a part of this fun day, please sign up on the sheet on the console.
Church mowing – week of Oct. 13 – Greg Blucker
Food donations during October will go to the Keystone Place.
A Mennonite Disaster Service trip to Wharton, TX is planned for the week of Nov. 24.  Only a few spots remain.  Contact Matt Franz if interested in serving, 269-221-2438.
Daylight Savings Time ends November 3.
The next Red Cross Blood Drive will be November 11.
