There are only 7 Locust Grove cookbooks left! Cost is $10 each. All money goes to the Alms Fund.
The church offices will be closed from Wednesday noon through Friday for the Christmas holiday. Bulletin announcements need to be in by 4:00 PM Tuesday.
Secret Prayer Partner Party – Jan. 6, 2009 at 6:30 PM at Martha Franz’s. This is the time to let your prayer partner know who has been praying for her. Guests are invited, too.

Wondering how you will know if church is cancelled because of the weather? Just check with Channel 3 on your television for closings.
Phil Yoder is planning another trip to Moldova in October 2010. School bag items will be shipped to Moldova in October 2009. One thing the children really enjoy is magazines such as Farm & Ranch, Birds & Blooms, and Country Living which have scenery pictures of America. Please bring your magazines in to the church office. Thanks for your help.

JYF Events: Dec. 31 – New Year’s Eve lock in at Centreville Elementary from 7pm-12:30am. Bring finger food and a 2 liter drink per JYF family; Jan. 10 – Noodle making at the church (9am-3pm) for our fund raiser for Winter Youth Retreat. If there is construction going on, meet at Hasbrouck’s.; Jan. 25 – Winter Youth Retreat fund raiser dinner after morning service.; Feb. 1 or 5 – Tobogganing at Pokagon; Feb. 20-22 – Winter Youth Retreat at Amigo Centre; Mar. 12 – Meet and Greet; Mar. 29 – Fun Night
