The Women’s Mission & Service project for October is twin flat sheets for Mennonite Central Committee. For the meeting this Thursday, Chris Oswald will be in charge of the kitchen and Louellen Westover will have devotions.

Service Trip Opportunity: Matt Franz is making arrangements to take a small group to Asherville, NC the week of Thanksgiving to help with disaster relief. If you are interested in being on the service crew, contact Matt Franz in person or call/text him at 269-221-2438. Space is limited so reach out soon!

Prayer Partner Ladies - The 2024-2025 Prayer partners' year is coming to an end. We will gather on October 14 at 6:00pm to tell your prayer partner that you have been praying for her this past year, and present her with her final gift. Please bring a snack to share. If you haven't been a Prayer Partner before, or want to again, please consider joining us in praying for another lady in church for this year. There is a sign-up sheet and info forms for the new year at the Welcome Center.

We will be having a parent/child dedication service on October 26.  If you are interested in participating, please let Pastor Matt know.

October is pastor appreciation month. We will have a fellowship meal Sunday, October 26 after the morning service. Please bring a filled dish or 2 to share. If you would like to share a card or gift of appreciation for Pastor Matt, you can put it in his mailbox or there will be a basket available on the 26th.

"Loved First" will continue a T-shirt/Sweatshirt Fundraiser until November 2. Forms have been placed in mailboxes and shirts are on display in the foyer area. Please give order forms and money in person to Eva Beeker, or Ramona King, or Bill and Janell Lederman.

We are missing a roaster pan (the inside pan). Please check your kitchen to see if you might have it. Thanks! The Kitchen Committee

The next Blood Drive is September 8.  A sign-up sheet to help is on the welcome center by the library. We still need help with driving donors, registration, and tear down.

The church office will have irregular hours for the next 3 weeks.  Please call Rachel King is you have any questions or need help.

There will be an Ice Cream Supper Fundraiser for our youth group on September 27.  There will also be a Silent Auction at the same time.  Some of the items for this auction are: a Blue Gate package including 2 meals and concert tickets of your choice, a gift card to Mancino’s Pizza & Grinders, and a Sturgis Pool basket with swim caps and pool passes (value is over $100).  Mark your calendars now and plan to attend!
