ANNOUNCEMENTS
Food donations
during May will go to Salvation Army.
The Women's Mission & Service project for May is baby bottles for Sturgis Pregnancy Helpline, a non-profit
faith-based pro-life organization whose primary purpose is to minister to the
physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of all families in our community. Pick
up a baby bottle at either entrance and put your pocket change in it throughout
the month. Checks and paper money can also be put in the bottle. Return the
bottle to the mission counter in the fellowship hall at the end of the month or
when full.
The next Red Cross Blood Drive is May 6. Volunteers are needed to help with
registration, give rides to donors if needed, and help with tear down. There is a signup sheet at the welcome
center.
Did you know that the
first blood drive at Locust Grove was January 2014? Locust Grove has hosted the Red Cross blood
drive for 10 years!
