ANNOUNCEMENTS
What a great success! The Youth Core thanks each of you that stayed for the meal last Sunday. We had a record number of people served raising $1,171 through donations. After expenses, we were able to put a total of $1,048.74 toward the youth convention. We thank you not only for your financial support but also for praying for us.
“Guess Who’s Coming to Supper” is fast approaching. Please place your sign up sheet in the labeled mailbox located in the lower left corner of the mailbox station. If you have questions, please call Sheila Troyer at 659-4808.
EXPLORERS – May 1 from 2-4:00 PM is your next activity. You will be meeting at Sam & Mattie’s cabin for an afternoon of fun. If you like to fish, bring your fishing pole. If you have an outside game you would like to play, bring it along. Looking forward to seeing you there!
Reminder – Beth’s office will be closed during the Sunday school hour to minimize disruptions to the class that meets outside the office. For any questions or concerns, please contact Bill Lederman.
If you haven’t yet taken a food slip for the Mother/Daughter Tea on April 30, please do so.
Ladies – Come dressed up for the Mother/Daughter Tea Party at 3:00 PM Saturday. Feel free to wear your hat! The church doors will be open Friday from 9-6 and Saturday at 9:00 AM for those decorating tables for the Tea.
0ur sound technician today is Corey Keeslar, video technician is Nick Troyer, and computer technicians are Shelly Kindig, Brittany Hibbert and Shy Hibbert.
A special offering will be received today for our college student aid fund.
There will be a work day here at the church on May 4 from 1-7:00 PM. Next Sunday you will find work slips on the library counter. If you have questions talk to Bill Lederman or Sheila Troyer.
The IN/MI WMSC Spring meeting will be at Clinton Frame Mennonite Church on May 7 from 9:00 AM to noon. Speaker Rhonda Yoder will be speaking on “Worship in Our Everyday Lives”. Child care will be provided. Contact Donna Sommers if interested.
The next scrapbooking/craft night is May 6 in the fellowship hall.
Mennonite Mission Network needs Service Adventure unit leaders. See the west bulletin board for more information.
