ANNOUNCEMENTS
The JYF will be involved in the Centreville Community Bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 6 from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM at the Centreville Elementary School. We will be selling noodles and angel food cakes for a fundraiser along with some other various items. Come shop and support our JYF group.
The JYF will be making noodles and cakes here this Thursday and would love some extra helping hands. Please arrive any time after 2:00 PM. Supper will be provided. Let Eva or Katrina know if you might be helping so that there will be plenty of food. They need “Noodle Cutters” so if you have one they can borrow, please have it at the church by Thursday or let Eva or Katrina know and they can make arrangements to pick it up.
Woodcutting Day at Amigo is Oct. 30. Come at 8:30 AM and help cut and stack wood. There will be a light lunch around noon. See you there!

You are invited to help Emerson & Betty Andersohn celebrate their 60th Wedding Anniversary at an Open House here at Locust Grove on Saturday, Oct. 30 from 1:30-4:30 PM. There will be a brief program at 1:45 PM followed by dessert and a time of fellowship.
We will celebrate Pastor Appreciation on Oct. 31. Please bring a dish or two to pass for the fellowship meal after the morning service. There will be a time after the meal to share comments of appreciation for Pastor Bill & Sherry or their family. There will also be a basket for cards if you want to share in that way.
There will be a Parent/Child dedication on Nov. 7. If you would like to dedicate your child, see Bill Beck.
Women’s Fellowship will have a Bible Trivia Competition on Nov. 9 at 6:30 PM here at the church. This is for ladies and girls of all ages. If you don’t feel like competing, come and enjoy the fellowship and refreshments. Please bring your Bible and there will be prizes!
Explorers (for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders) will be meeting every Wednesday at the church from 6:30-7:30 PM.
